Production of representations on behalf of neighbours
You may not be seeking to develop land rather you may be an affected neighbour of someone else’s planning proposal. If you are concerned and wish to object to a proposal you need to do so on planning grounds. Any other grounds of objection cannot be given weight in the decision-making process. In order to make effective representations it is very important to understand what are planning issues and which of these are most likely to gain support and lead to a refusal of an application.
We will review the application and can prepare a strong representation against the proposal outlining the planning reasons to object to the scheme and also highlighting any errors in the submission. We can also assist in engaging local councillors and town and parish councils to further support your objections.
