We are promoting a parcel of agricultural land outside of the settlement boundary for the village of Mitchel Troy, Monmouthshire, to deliver an affordable housing led scheme of 15 dwellings with 40% market housing provision. The site is directly adjacent to an SNCI and a previous attempt to bring the site failed due to access concerns and restrictions on the level of growth within the settlement. Mark is leading a cross disciplinary team to overcome these previous obstacles.
