Mark was asked to review the development potential of a site which had previously been refused planning permission for a dwelling and had been lost at planning appeal. Mark was able to overcome the previous reasons for refusal by providing robust transport evidence and a revised layout and scale of development to address concerns that the site would become overdeveloped. Planning permission was granted by Wiltshire Council for this interesting industrial influenced building which replaced a metal clad workshop, which was designed by Peter Withey Architectural consultant.
